As you may be aware, Black Berkey® replacement filter sets (BB9-2®) have not been available since late in 2023 due to the stop order placed on Berkey International by the EPA, which prevented the further manufacture of Black Berkey® Elements.

We are still engaged in the lawsuit against the EPA. (which is currently active in the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit) > Update here
