California and Iowa Regulations

Additional taxes, certifications and red tape have created too large of a barrier for Berkey Water Systems to be sold in the states of California and Iowa. (click here for more detailed info.)

California & Iowa residents:

Berkey® filtration products (systems and replacement filters) are not available to be sold to California or Iowa residents.

The only Berkey® products that are eligible to be sold in California or Iowa are non-filtration products, such as Berkey® accessories, replacement items such as spigots (excludes replacement filters), and disaster preparedness items.
