Berkey Outlook for 2025 - 2024 had its challenges, resulting mainly from the EPA reclassifying Berkey (Black Berkey® Elements) as a pesticide. Due to the stop orders placed on Berkey International, there has been a significant impact on our supply and production. A limited amount of Black Berkey Elements remain available but only with a water filter system.

With the new Trump administration and including a change in leadership within the EPA, Berkey is hopeful that we will obtain a favorable resolution that will enable Berkey® to begin manufacturing Black Berkey® Elements again.
